Description
Eastcot is a house that was originally two cottages, built in the early 19th century. It is constructed of red brick and features a pantile roof. On the left side, there is a red brick gable stack and a raised eaves band. The building has two and a half storeys and consists of four bays.
The entrance is located to the left and includes a part panelled door. To the left of the doorway is a single tripartite glazing bar Yorkshire sash window. To the right, there is a blocked doorway, and on the far right, there is another single glazing bar Yorkshire sash window. Above the entrance, there is a single tripartite glazing bar Yorkshire sash on the left and a smaller similar sash on the right. The upper level features two smaller similar sashes. All ground and first floor openings, including the blocked opening, are set under segmental arches.
