Description
31 Westhorpe is a late 18th-century building that originally consisted of two cottages but has since been converted into a single dwelling. It was raised and altered in the mid-19th century and 20th century. The structure is made of brick and features a pantile roof with a single ridge stack. The windows have segmental heads and the building is two storeys high with a three-window range. The front facade includes a central glazing bar casement flanked by two similar casements; the right one is at a lower level and the left one lacks glazing bars. Below the windows, there is a central blocked doorway with a moulded brick surround that contains a Yorkshire sash. To the right of this doorway, there is another similar sash and a close boarded door with a segmental head and keystone. On the left side, there is a carriage entry with a wooden lintel. The building is included for its group value.
