Description
Clumber House is a house that was formerly a house and cottage, dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of red brick and features a plain tile roof. The building has two gable and one ridge red brick stacks, with raised and brick coped gables that include kneelers. It is two storeys high and has five bays. The main entrance consists of a doorway with a 20th-century door and a glazing bar overlight, flanked by single sash windows. To the left of the entrance is a blocked doorway, and on the far left is another single sash window. All ground floor openings are set under segmental arches. On the upper floor, there are four sash windows, with the one above the doorway being smaller. All sash windows have lateral glazing bars. To the right, there is a single-storey red brick wing with a hipped plain tile and pantile roof, which includes a single small 20th-century casement window. At the rear, there are later two-storey extensions.
