Description

The boundary walls and gatepiers at 28 and 32 Westgate in Southwell date from around 1840. They are constructed from coursed squared rubble and ashlar, featuring gabled slab coping. The structure includes an off-centre pair of square piers topped with ball finials, alongside a pair of wrought iron gates. To the right, in front of No 28, there is a central pair of shouldered stone obelisk-shaped gatepiers with a wrought iron gate.
