Description

The gatepiers at Chapel Yard in Inverness likely date from the late 18th century and are made of rough ashlar stone. They feature cornices topped with ball finials. The gates are made of cast iron and have spearhead uprights. The boundary wall has been largely rebuilt in 1856 and was lowered in height in 1882.
