House, now offices and shop. c1800, with late C19 and mid C20 alterations. Brick with coursed squared stone front, stone dressings and concrete slab roof with 2 gable stacks, one rendered. Eaves band, projecting surrounds to windows. 3 storeys; 3-window range of wooden-framed 2-light casements with transoms and glazing bar top lights. Above, 3 similar smaller windows. Ground floor has a late C19 wooden shop front with panelled pilasters and ornamented brackets to fascia. Splayed central recess with shop window and doorway, flanked by larger 2-light shop windows.
