Cottage. Early C19. Dressed coursed rubble. Pantile roof with 2 dressed coursed rubble gable stacks and raised eaves band. L- plan. 2 storeys, 2 bays. 2 glazing bar casements with lintels. Above, 2 similar casements. To the right is a one and a half storey dressed coursed rubble and pantile outbuilding with single narrow glazing bar casement and single slit ventilator.
