Walled kitchen garden and gates with Palmhouse and vineries. Late C18 and late C19, restored mid C20. Red brick and ashlar. 4 metre high brick walls raised in late C19 with ashlar coping. 3 sides of a square, with a central dividing wall broken in its centre by a gateway with 2 large cross-plan brick gatepiers with ashlar pulvinated bands and topped by ashlar square domes. North wall is late C19 with a central half octagonal palm house flanked on either side by large lean-to vineries which extend along the whole length of the wall, the palm house has low brick walls and a glazed upper cupola. The southern garden is divided into squares, and the southern wall is also broken in its centre by a gateway with 2 large cross-plan ashlar gatepiers with a pulvinated bands and topped by square domes.
