Description

Old Lodge, located in Babworth Park, is a lodge built around 1820. It features stucco on a blue brick base and has a slate roof with an overhang at the eaves. The roof is topped with a single painted brick ridge stack and an additional rendered stack at the rear. The lodge is designed in an octagonal shape and is a single storey. The main entrance has a 20th-century glazed door, which is flanked by fixed lights that each have arched Gothick glazing bars and lozenge-shaped tracery beneath flat heads. At the rear, there are single storey extensions.
