Description
The gate and railing at Welham Park were built in the mid-19th century and are made of cast and wrought iron. The main gate features a fan pattern and is flanked by conical piers topped with finials. To the left of the main gate, there is a small wicket gate that has similar piers with ball finials. The fence is approximately 150 meters long and is curved and ramped at the main gate. This structure is included in the listing for its group value only.
