Description
Pump Farmhouse is a late 18th-century farmhouse with an early 19th-century extension. It is constructed of red brick with a pantile roof, a raised brick coped gable on the left with kneeler details, and two red brick gable stacks to the left and two to the rear. A decorative dentil cornice runs along the eaves. The main part of the house is two storeys and three bays, with a single-bay extension to one side. The front has two Yorkshire sash windows and a doorway with a part-glazed, panelled door, all set beneath segmental arches. Above these are two similar sash windows. The extension to the right has single, blocked openings on both floors. A lean-to extension is located at the rear.
