Description
Manor Lodge is a house dating from the mid-18th century. It is constructed of red brick and features a pantile roof with brick coped gables. The left side has a rendered gable stack and the eaves are decorated with dogtooth detailing. A narrow blue brick base runs along the bottom. The house is two storeys high and has three bays, with a band at the first floor level.
The central doorway has a 20th-century door and is flanked by single tripartite glazing bar Yorkshire sashes. Above, there are two similar sashes and a smaller central sash, with all openings set under segmental arches. To the left of the main house is a one-and-a-half storey outbuilding made of red brick and pantiles, which has been converted into a single storey domestic room. This outbuilding features dentil eaves and two fixed glazing bar lights at the first floor level. At the rear of the property, there are both two-storey and single-storey extensions.
