TF 08 NE MIDDLE RASEN LOW CHURCH ROAD (east side)

1/20 Laretto Cottage 30.7.82 II

Cottage. Early C18, plus C19 alterations. Painted brick, thatched roof having decorative eaves and raised brick coped gables, one axial and one gable rendered brick stacks. Originally a 2 unit baffle entry plan with added bay to right. Single storey with attics, 4 bay front. Off-centre 4 panelled door with to left a single glazing bar sash with to right 2 similar. 2 dormers in the thatch have 2 light sliding glazing bar sashes. Interior retains chamfered softwood girders.
