Description

Thorpe Farm Cottage is an early 18th-century cottage located in Mablethorpe and Sutton Thorpe. It is constructed of red brick and features a pantile roof with a brick coped tumbled gable and a single axial stack. The cottage has a baffle entry plan and is a single storey with a garret. The front of the building has four bays, with an off-centre planked door. To the left of the door is a glazing bar sash window, and to the right are two similar windows. All openings are topped with segmental brick heads.
