Description

31 King Street is a late 18th century building that stands two stories tall, constructed of red brick with a pantile roof. The façade features three bays and is double fronted, with a central door that has stuccoed voussoirs and a keystone. The door is flanked by a six-panel fielded design and topped with a three-paned fanlight. On either side of the door, there are three-part angle bay windows that contain sash windows. Above these, there are three sash windows with 16 lights on either side and a central window with 12 lights, all adorned with stuccoed voussoirs and keystones.
