Description

14 Spital Terrace is an early 19th-century building that stands two storeys tall, constructed from grey brick with a stone-coped parapet. The façade features three windows that lack glazing bars, with rusticated lintels adorned with keystones. On the ground floor, there are two windows and a grooved doorway that includes mask paterae and a rectangular fanlight. The door itself consists of four carved fielded panels. The roof is covered with asbestos pantiles. This building is part of a group that includes Nos 10 to 24, with Nos 10, 12, and 18 to 24 being of local interest.
