TF 29 NW SWINHOPE SWINHOPE LANE (east side)

5/30 Swinhope House (formerly listed as 1.11.66. II* Swinhope Hall)

Small country house. 1785. Stock brick, slate hipped roofs with 2 tall brick stacks at hipped ends and decorated eaves. 2 storey and attic. 5 bay east front with central 3 bays projecting and crowned by pediment with brick dentil decoration and a traceried oculus. 5 long glazing bar sashes with 5 smaller ones above, all with splayed, painted ashlar lintels. Doorway to rear. C20 greenhouse on northside. Interior of no importance.
