Description
The Old Rectory is a house that was originally built as a rectory in the early 19th century. It is constructed of painted brick and features double ridge hipped slate roofs with two ridge stacks and two lateral stacks. The building is two stories high and has an irregular four-bay east front. The entrance is off-center and includes a wrought iron lattice verandah with a sloping lead roof and a panelled door. To the left of the entrance are two long glazing bar sash windows, while to the right is a single glazing bar sash window, all with wooden lintels. On the upper floor, there are three glazing bar sash windows. The south side of the building has two large projecting bays, each two stories high, featuring long glazing bar French windows with lead raking hoods and a glazing bar sash window above.
