Description
The school building of St John the Divine, dated 1883, is a small brick structure with stone dressings and a tiled roof. The gable end features a renewed section, while the other side has stone coping and a finial. It includes a mullion and transom window with 18 lights beneath a flat dripmould. The side elevation has seven round-arched windows, alternating between two and four lights. There is a brick plinth with stone coping and a round-arched entry on the north-east side, which has a three-light fanlight. This building is part of a group that includes the Church of St John the Divine and the Vicarage of St John the Divine.
