Description

House located on Sandy Lane, dating from the early 19th century. It is built of rendered brick and features a hipped pantile roof with one ridge stack and one gable stack. The building is two stories high and has a three-bay front. The central doorway is adorned with an open pediment and a traceried fanlight, framed by a moulded wooden doorcase and a six-panel door. On either side of the doorway, there are single glazing bar sash windows with segmental heads. Above, there are three 20th-century casement windows, with the one over the door being narrower.
