TF 09 NE HOLTON LE MOOR No 1 to 3 (consec) 5/4 Yewfield Farm Cottages at Yewfield Farm II
Former farmhouse now 3 cottages; Late C18 with early C19 additionsand alterations and minor C20 alterations; red brick, pantile roof with brick gable stacks; L-plan; 2 storey 3 bay front with 1st floor band. The 1st floor, which has brick dentillated eaves course has been raised in C19. The central half glazed C20 door is flanked by single glazing bar sashes under segmental heads. The first floor has an off centre small 4 pane casement, flanked by single glazing bar sashes to eaves. In the gable end the earlier lower C18 roof pitch can be seen.
