Description
Nos. 11 and 15 Watergate are two shops that form one building, dating from around 1700. The structure is two storeys high with attics and features a painted plaster front. There is a band between the storeys and five windows with flat arches that include keystones. The window frames are flush and retain original heavy glazing bars. The building has two gabled dormers and a central doorway that contains a six-fielded panelled door topped with a rectangular fanlight, all under a flat arch similar to the windows. On either side of the doorway, there are modern shop fronts. Nos. 1, 3, 3A, 5, 7, 11, and 15 Watergate are part of a group.
