Description

No. 17, Market Place, is a late 18th century brick building with a slate roof. It has rusticated quoins at the west end and three windows. The window frames are flush with the brickwork, and the original heavy glazing bars have been later replaced. Two modern dormers are visible in the roof, and a modern shop front occupies the ground floor.
