Description

No. 85 High Street is an early to mid-18th century building that has undergone alterations. The walls are now covered in roughcast, and the high-pitched roof is finished with modern concrete tiles, featuring a chimney at the left end. The building stands two storeys tall and has two windows with tall proportions. The windows are late 19th century sash types, framed in wood architraves, and are topped with stucco lintels and stone cills. The ground floor includes a plain modern shopfront.
