Description
Nos 72 and 74 on High Street are early to mid-18th century buildings made of local brick, featuring a deep moulded eaves cornice. They have a swept pantiled roof with end chimneys that have been partly rebuilt. The buildings stand three storeys tall and have four windows, which are slightly irregular in arrangement. To the right, there is a flattened elliptical arch above the entrance to Blenavon Court. The windows are late 19th century sash windows set in wooden architraves, with stuccoed lintels that include key blocks and some stone cills. There is a late 19th century square bay window at No 72 and a small shop at No 74. No 72 is accessed through a six-panel door located in a passageway.
