Description

No. 4 Market Place is a late 18th-century brick building with a stone slate roof featuring three gabled dormers. The structure has rusticated quoins and three windows with flush frames and segmental arches. It displays a "Sun" fire plaque and has a six-panel door with a rectangular fanlight above it. On either side of the door, there are two 19th-century shop windows, all beneath a heavy continuous cornice.
