Description

No. 11 High Street is a late 17th century house and shop built of ashlar stone. It features a hipped roof covered with slates and has one stone chimney stack. The building has a coved eaves cornice, stone bands, and a plinth. The High Street facade includes two windows and a modern shop front with a five-panel door and a rectangular fanlight to the side. There is a sundial on the first floor wall. All windows have chamfered cills and are divided into two and three lights by narrow moulded stone mullions. No. 11 is part of a group with Nos. 11 to 19 (odd) and also forms a group with No. 2, Market Street.
