Description

The Former Crown Hotel is an early 19th-century building that incorporates parts of an earlier structure, of which little remains. It stands three stories tall and is finished in stucco with a slate roof and a plinth. The façade features four windows with hung sashes, flat arches, and plain reveals. On the ground floor, there is a carriageway beneath the second window, which has an elliptical arch and a modern glass hood. Inside, the hotel contains an early 19th-century semi-spiral staircase.
