Description
No. 15 on Vine Street is a building from the 17th century or earlier. It is two stories tall, with a stucco exterior and a pantile roof that overhangs on iron brackets. The upper storey projects slightly and the ground floor is made of stone, featuring a string course. A notable feature of the building is the doorway leading to a covered passage between Nos. 14 and 15. This doorway is made of stone with moulded jambs, and it has a centred inner arch and a square outer heal, topped with a moulded label, dating back to the 16th century. No. 15 is part of a group that includes Elmer Street, Nos. 10 and 11, the stable to Vine House, and Nos. 13 to 15 in succession.
