This is an early 17th-century building on the south side of Vine Street. It is constructed of ashlar and has a pantile roof. The building is two storeys high with attics. The front features a stone doorway with a moulded surround and cornice, which is flanked by later shop windows. On the first floor are two windows, each with three lights and incorporating moulded jambs, mullions, and a cornice. Two later dormers have been added to the roof. A chimney stack is located at the west end, featuring two detached shafts set on a rectangular base, with the base later heightened in brick. A Sun Fire Insurance plaque is present.
