Description
No. 10 Vine Street and No. 15 Elmer Street North is a late 18th-century building that stands three stories tall. It is constructed of brick with a pantile roof, featuring a stone plinth and a band below the first-floor windows, as well as a moulded string course beneath the parapet. The building has rusticated stone quoins and four windows with shaped and panelled stone arches, flush frames, and glazing bars. The ground floor has modern shop windows, and there is a rainwater head dated 1792. The front facing Elmer Street North has three windows, some of which are blocked, and a central round-headed doorway with an eaves gutter. This building is part of a group that includes No. 15 Elmer Street, Nos. 10 and 11 Stable to Vine House, and Nos. 13 to 15, which are all consecutive.
