Description

Morris House, located on the east side of Swinegate, is an early 19th-century brick building that stands three storeys tall. It features a dentil cornice and has three windows, with the middle window being blank. The stone flat arch above the windows is painted and carved to resemble bricks. On the north elevation of the top storey, there is a tripartite window. The ground floor currently serves as a car showroom. Morris House, along with Nos. 42 to 45, forms a group with Nos. 38A to 41, known as Church Trees.
