Description

This is a milepost located south of the junction with Town-Gate Outgang East Road in Deeping St. James. It dates from the early 19th century and is made of cast iron. The milepost has a triangular shape and features raised letters on the side panels indicating distances: "Spalding 9" and "Deeping St. James 2". The top of the milepost displays "London M91".
