Description

The Field Barn to Rectory Farm is a building dating from 1832. It is constructed of coursed field stone with limestone bands, featuring ashlar quoins and dressings. The roof is made of corrugated tin. The barn has a single storey and a single bay front, which includes off-centre double planked doors with an overlight and a timber lintel. There are triangular breathers present. On the right-hand gable, above a planked opening, there is a lozenge that displays the date 1832 and the initial M in raised letters. The Rectory Farm mentioned in the address is not included in this listing.
