Description

The milepost opposite the Bluebell Inn in Deeping St. Nicholas dates from the early 19th century and is made of cast iron. It has a triangular shape and features raised cast letters on its sides indicating distances: "Spalding 7" and "Deeping St. James 4". The top of the milepost displays "London 93". Please note that the Bluebell Inn mentioned is not a listed building.
