Description
No. 64 Church Street is a house built in 1770, with some minor alterations from the 19th century. The exterior is made of colourwashed coursed limestone rubble, featuring ashlar quoins and dressings. The roof is slate, with raised stone coped gables and two ashlar gable stacks. The building is two storeys high with a three-bay front. The central entrance has a 19th-century panel door, flanked by single glazing bar sash windows, all of which have timber lintels. Above the door, there is a rectangular stone inscribed with "T. Waters 1770." On the first floor, there are two three-light 19th-century casements set into the eaves.
