Description

No. 24 West End is a house dating from the late 18th century, with some alterations made in the 20th century. It is constructed of squared coursed limestone rubble, featuring ashlar quoins and dressings. The roof is made of Collyweston slate and has raised stone coped gables, along with two red brick gable stacks. The building is two storeys high with a three-bay front that includes a first-floor cill band. The central entrance consists of a six-panel door with an overlight, flanked by plain casement windows. On the first floor, there are three similar windows. All openings are topped with flat stone arched heads that have key blocks.
