Description

This is an early 18th-century cottage, raised and altered in the 19th century, with 20th-century modifications. It is constructed of coursed ironstone and limestone rubble, with a pantile roof and two brick gable stacks. The single-storey, two-bay front features two 20th-century casements with two panes of glazing bar, each with a timber lintel. There are also two gabled dormers with 20th-century casements featuring two panes of glazing bar and plain bargeboards on the cheeks. The building is listed for group value only.
