GV 2. Mid C18. Mainly of 2 storeys. Ashlar. Stone slate roof. Rusticated quoins. St George's Street elevation 3 windows in shouldered moulded surrounds with triple keystones, replaced hung sashes with glazing bars. Moulded dentil eaves cornice broken at small pediment above cartouche. Modern 5-window extension in similar stifle. High Street elevation has similar 1-window elevation with left-hand section with 2 gables, containing 2-light C19 windows. Two 8-light C19 transom and million windows on 1st floor.

Forms a group with Nos 4l, 42, 44, & 45 St Psul's Street.
