Description
Nos 113 to 117 Dunstable Street is a late 17th century or early 18th century building that stands two storeys high and is now covered in stucco. It features shallow eaves beneath a tall, steep tiled roof. For numbers 111 and 113, the ground floor has been altered with modern shop fittings, while the upper floor has three sash windows set in broad projecting wooden frames. For numbers 115 and 117, the ground floor showcases late 18th century twin sash shop windows that are gently bowed, flanking two narrow six-panel doors. This arrangement is unified under a single moulded cornice, which is supported by fluted brackets over thin fluted pilasters. Nos 113 to 119 form a group.
