Description

No 108 on Dunstable Street is a late 17th-century building that stands two storeys tall and has been later stuccoed. It features a bold wooden cornice adorned with modillions and a steep tiled roof. The building has two gabled dormers, each with curved bargeboards that are similar to those found on No 100 nearby. There are two windows on the building; the ground floor has been altered by a modern shop window, while the first floor has sash windows set in broad frames that extend forward from the wall. Nos 96 to 110, which include this building, form a cohesive group.
