Nos 61 to 63 on St Martin's is a Victorian Tudor building designed by architect J.B. Corby in 1879. The left-hand section is two storeys with attics, constructed of stone, featuring a two-storey gabled bay with four lights and a hipped dormer above. There are two flights of steps. This building is part of a group that includes Nos 39 to 43, a garden wall to No 43, No 44, a wall to No 44, Nos 45 to 70, and a garden wall to Nos 68 and 69, along with the Burghley Almshouses.
