Description

The Old Bakehouse and store to West Hall Farm is a former barn that was converted into a separate bakehouse in the late 17th century and later modified in the 18th century. The building is constructed of coursed limestone rubble with ashlar quoins and features a Collyweston slate roof with a raised stone coped gable. It has a single gable brick stack and is a single storey with attics, presenting a four-bay front. The exterior includes a single planked door, a single light window, and a three-light window, along with two hipped dormers. Inside, there is an inglenook fireplace with an oven, chamfered girders, and a staggered butt purlin roof.
