Description
Manor Farm House is a farmhouse dating from the early 17th century, with alterations made in the 19th and 20th centuries. It is constructed of coursed limestone rubble, featuring ashlar quoins and dressings, and has a Collyweston slate roof with raised stone coped gables. The house has a single red brick gable stack and an axial ridge ashlar stack with a moulded cornice and two shafts. The layout follows a lobby entry plan and the building is a single storey with garrets, presenting a three-bay front with a chamfered plinth. On the right side, there is a three-light chamfered mullion window with a cornice. To the left, a pair of three-light 20th-century plain casements sits under timber lintels and stone reveals. On the right, there is a two-bay wing with two single lights. The entrance door is located on the garden front.
