Description

Barn at Castle Farm, dating from the late 18th century, is constructed of coursed squared limestone rubble with ashlar quoins and features a Collyweston slate roof. The barn is two storeys high with a three-bay front. The central entrance consists of a planked door with a timber lintel, flanked by vertical breathers. On the first floor, there is a boarded opening, a two-light glazing bar casement, and above the door, a small oval plaque. Inside, the barn has an oak staggered butt purlin roof.
