Description
This is a row of seven gravestones located 1 to 6 metres south of the church, dating from the late 18th century to early 19th century. They are made of limestone ashlar and are arranged from left to right. The first gravestone features a segmental head with drapery, cherubs, and an illegible description. Next is a gravestone dedicated to John Overton, who died in 181?, also with a segmental head, draperies, and cherubs. Following that is a gravestone for Michael Dracott, who died in 1770, which has a decorative foliate surround topped with cherubs, foliage, and a shell motif. The next gravestone is for William Dracott, who died in 1780, featuring cherubs and a foliate and floral surround. To the right is another gravestone for William Dracott, who died in 1781, with a segmental head, cherub, and foliate carving. The next gravestone has an illegible description and an eared surround with bands of egg and dart and patera, along with cherubs' heads and foliate and floral swags. The last gravestone on the right has an illegible inscription and some foliate decoration.
