Description
The Vicarage is an early 19th-century building that has been altered in the mid and late 19th century. It is constructed of red brick in English bond with painted ashlar dressings and features a slate roof. The building has two gable stacks and stands three stories tall with a three-bay front. It has moulded eaves, a cornice, and paired barrel brackets. The central entrance consists of a half-glazed eight-panel door with fan decoration on the lower panels and a plain overlight, which is sheltered by a late 19th-century brick porch that includes pilasters and a dentillated cornice. To the left of the entrance is a single canted bay with plain sash windows, a dentillated cornice, and a lead roof, while to the right is a single glazing bar sash window. On the first floor, there are three similar windows, and on the second floor, there are three smaller similar windows. All windows are topped with cambered rusticated splayed ashlar lintels.
