Description

This is a late 18th-century house, altered in the mid-19th century, located on the north side of Donington Park Lane. The house is constructed of red brick in a Flemish bond pattern, with a slate roof, raised brick coped gables, and two brick gable stacks. The two-storey, three-bay front features a cast iron gutter with a lion’s head. The central entrance has a six-panel door set within wood-panelled reveals and a fluted pilastered doorcase topped with a pediment. Flanking the door are single canted bay windows with plain sashes, dentillated cornices, and hipped slate roofs. The first floor has three plain sashes with segmental brick heads. A catslide roof extends to the rear.
