Brick coped gables with kneelers. Dentilated eaves. Square plan, 2 storey pigeoncote has a single cart entrance, with a 2-light casement above. The east gable has 4 rows of openings with landing shelves beneath. To the east a single storey outbuilding with a plank door, and beyond a small lean-to.
