Description

This is an early 19th-century cottage located on the east side of High Street, Swinderby. It is constructed of brick with a pantile roof and features two gable stacks. A brick band runs along the first floor. The cottage is three bays wide and two storeys high. It has a double-fronted design; the doorway is originally segmental-headed but is now obscured by a 20th-century glazed porch. To either side of the doorway are single three-light casement windows, each set within a segmental-headed arch. Above these, on the first floor, are two more three-light casement windows also set within segmental arches.
